Refund policy

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. Due to the nature of our products, we have a straightforward return policy.

Returns
We accept returns of unread books in their original, salable condition within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (e.g., the shrink wrap, if applicable).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after we approved it, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bianca@bvwmedia.co.za.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged book for the same title, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the following address will be given once agreed to shop back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
