Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are committed to providing you with affordable shipping. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.
We currently ship to the provinces of South Africa on this platform.
Shipping estimates are as follows:

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. We only ship within South Africa. On Amazon we do international shipping.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us immediately at bianca@bvwmedia.co.za. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Houseofprayer18 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or the carrier first to initiate an inquiry.
